Welcome to SoloMesh. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SoloMesh website (solomesh.com) and all related services, including SoloMesh Mobile, Smart AI Employee, My Happy Place Homes, and For Lifey (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Our Services

SoloMesh provides various products and services including:

• SoloMesh Mobile: An affordable mobile phone and WiFi calling service
• Smart AI Employee: AI-powered voice agents and business automation
• My Happy Place Homes: Real estate advisory and financial literacy partnerships
• For Lifey: Wedding websites and private social networking

Each service may have additional terms and conditions specific to that service.

3. SoloMesh Mobile Preorders

3.1 Deposit and Payment

When you place a preorder for SoloMesh Mobile:

• You agree to pay a $75 deposit at the time of preorder
• The remaining balance of $25 is due upon shipment
• Your total phone cost is $100 (originally $157, with $57 early preorder discount)
• Monthly service is $17.99 after your 3 free months

3.2 Shipping and Delivery

• SoloMesh Mobile phones are scheduled to ship no later than March 2026
• Shipping dates are estimates and may be subject to change
• We will notify you via email of your shipping date and tracking information
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

3.3 Refund Policy

• Preorder deposits are non-refundable except where prohibited by law
• If we are unable to fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund
• Refund requests must be submitted to info@solomesh.com
• Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 10 business days

4. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
• Use our Services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect personal information of others without consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

All content on our website and Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SoloMesh or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. AI-Powered Communications

By using our Services and submitting inquiries, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Some responses may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence
• AI communications are provided for informational purposes
• You should verify important information with a human representative when needed
• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

For My Happy Place Homes: We provide real estate advisory services and financial literacy resources. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage unless explicitly stated. Consult with licensed professionals before making real estate or financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOMESH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoloMesh, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at info@solomesh.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and SoloMesh regarding your use of our Services.
